General Store 0.1 is a Windows EXE progrram that can be run from a menu in PowerBBS 3.5. With this program your callers can send electronic gifts to each other in the form of E-Mail. Program configuration is done via a Windows interface. Because this is a Windows program, it is fast and easy to use.
Gifts are color pictures using PowerBBS color codes. With each gift the caller can send a card up to five lines long. Since the gifts are sent via E-Mail, the sender can be the caller's name or "Special Delivery." Gifts and their descriptions are configurable by the sysop.
The six gifts that are included are: Red rose, White rose, Stein of beer, Glass of champagne, Happy birthday greetings and an obnoxious "clue". Until registered the store will randomly list 2-4 of the 6 products as "Out of Stock."
